Arco Express (2003)Arco Express is a printer in Mexico with customers such as Volvo, Faurecia, and Plastic Omnium. These customers need to be able to reorder their custom labels, stationary, and forms when they run out. Previously, reordering would be done over the phone. Mercury 80 enabled each customer to view their personalized list of products and reorder online.
Each Arco Express customer had their own labels, stationary, and forms and wanted to see pictures of their products to be sure that they would reorder the correct one. Mercury 80 powers an easy to use web administration tool that Arco Express uses to track customers, product data, and images which customers can select from when reordering products online.

When a customer logs on, this product list displayed. Each customer has their own list of products available to them, so this list is different depending on who is logged on.
Once the customer selects from the above list, they see a picture of the product that they are ordering, and they may fill out an order form right away.
This back-end interface is available to Arco Express administrators, where they can maintain the products listed online. Edit the descriptions, and upload the images of the product right from a single page. It is a good thing Arco Express can update this themselves because I don't speak Spanish!
